Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
NTAB processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Preparing (valuation) reports
- Handling your payment
- Calling or emailing you if necessary to perform our services
- Allowing you to create an account
- Preparing invoices and payment reminders
- Sending newsletters if you indicate you would like to receive them
- NTAB processes personal data to serve our legitimate interests, such as handling complaints and disputes.
- NTAB also processes personal data if we are legally required to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.
Automated decision-making
NTAB does not, on the basis of automated processing, make decisions about matters that could (significantly) affect individuals. These are decisions that are made by computer programs or systems, without a human being (e.g. an employee of NTAB) sitting between them.
How long we keep personal data
NTAB will not keep your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data are collected with the exception of the information we are legally obliged to keep.

NTAB takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
