Would you like to work in a team of certified appraisers, legal and financial experts to answer valuation issues for a variety of industries, such as retail, construction or food industry? Are you someone who enjoys working on accurate valuations to arrive at the correct valuation of goods? What will you do?

It’s Monday morning and you can’t wait to get back to work. With great energy you plunge into a new dossier.
A restaurant has gone out of business and you get to make an appraisal of its assets. Mid-morning you will get in the car to location.
Together with the curator, you walk through the property. Your curiosity makes you pull open every door. What is there to find and what is it worth?
Once you have all assets on paper, return to the office to do further research, such as searching our own database and reviewing recent auction results. This can be done at home, of course, but you like to occasionally spar with your colleagues. After all, you don’t learn our work from a book, but on the job.
You call the owner of the bankrupt restaurant. You need some additional information. Fortunately, he switches gears as quickly as you do and promises to send it to you today. Time is money, right?
Is it 3 p.m. already? The day flies by. You grab a cup of coffee and spot a fellow appraiser. You immediately ask if he has time to check your work on Tuesday.
You quickly move on to your file. A little after 5 p.m., you see an email come in. You take some quick notes and work them out right away. That way, you can be sure to complete this file on time. On to the next one!

So have you completed a college or university degree with a sense of engineering and numbers? Are you an experienced or in-the-dop appraiser? Do you enjoy going the extra mile after an appraisal and advising our clients from a-z? And do you know how to combine freedom and hard work, and your phone doesn’t necessarily go off at 5 p.m.?
